We are very sorry, but we are keeping the occasion as an adult-only wedding. We ask that your guests are of age 18+. For those with children under 12 months of age, please reach out to us. :-)

Both the ceremony and reception will be taking place at Ivy Black. The ceremony will be outside (unless there is thunderstorms), so please dress accordingly to the weather. The reception will be indoors in a climate-controlled facility.

We will be providing a shuttle back and forth from Country Inn & Suites. The shuttle will do trips prior to the ceremony, and at the end of the night. Please see Travel tab for more information. The shuttle pickup times are as listed: 3:45 PM (Pickup from Hotel) 9:30 PM (Pickup from Ivy Black) 10:30 PM (Pickup from Ivy Black) 11:00 PM (Pickup from Ivy Black)

Ivy Black does have a large parking lot if you would like to take your personal vehicle to the venue. All vehicles do need to be removed from Ivy Black by the end of the evening.

If you are in town on Friday, May 17, 2024, we would love for you to join us at Skyline Social & Games in Duluth, Minnesota after 6:30 p.m. Following our rehearsal dinner, we will be hanging out after. We have a vegetarian dish option. Our sirloin is gluten-free, but our chicken option is not. All of our side dishes are gluten-free.

Polenta Portabella - Seasonal vegetables, portabella mushroom, polenta, wild rice, fresh mozzarella and pesto. It is also gluten free!

Yes. You may purchase cocktails through Ivy Black's full bar. They accept both cash and cards. We will be providing beer and wine.
