The ceremony will begin at 4 PM at the venue. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before it begins. The reception will be held at the same location. There will be no time gap between the ceremony and reception.

We want you to be comfortable at our wedding. The dress code is dressy casual attire. For this time of year in Mississippi, may we suggest the following attire: Women: sundresses, lightweight separates, and dress sandals, flats, or heels. Springy pastels and florals encouraged but not required! Men: light dress shirt with khaki or other lightweight slacks; jackets and ties optional, dress shoes or boots. We kindly ask for no jeans or athletic wear at our wedding.

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors at the Bottling Company Venue in Hattiesburg, MS. The venue is air-conditioned, so you can stay comfortable throughout the event, no matter the weather outside.

Plus ones will only be allowed if explicitly specified in your invitation or RSVP. If your invitation includes a plus one, we’re happy to have them join us! Please make sure to include them in your RSVP to help us plan accordingly. If you did not receive a plus-one in your invitation, we kindly ask that you attend solo.

We want to make sure our guests are able to enjoy the wedding and get back to their lodging safely! We will be providing Uber vouchers for after the ceremony if transportation is needed. Family of the Groom and Bride will also be able to help with transportation to local hotels.

We’re happy to offer free parking for all guests! There is a parking lot next to the venue (Bottling Company Venue) where you can park. In addition, there is also free city parking and additional lot parking nearby. Feel free to use any of these options when you arrive. If you have any concerns or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out!

We’re excited to offer a delicious buffet-style dinner featuring a variety of flavors. The main dish will be prime rib, served alongside creamy mashed potatoes. For salads, we’ll have a refreshing spring summer salad, filled with fresh seasonal veggies, as well as a flavorful Mississippi cornbread salad that’s sure to be a crowd-pleaser. Additionally, there will be an assortment of small appetizers to enjoy throughout the evening.

We aim to accommodate all dietary needs. If you have any special requests such as vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free options, please let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure there are suitable choices available.

Signature cocktails will be served free of charge throughout the evening for everyone to enjoy. However, for other drink options, there will be a cash bar available offering beer, wine, and other cocktails.

We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony to allow us to fully enjoy the moment and ensure the professional photographer can capture the best shots. However, you are welcome to take photos and share them on social media after the ceremony and throughout the reception! Thank you for respecting our wishes!
