Alex's favorite local sports bar! Would highly recommend getting a pitcher of I.C. Light Beer with some Kitchen Sink Wings (Alexandra & bridesmaid Sierra would recommend getting a side of celery & ranch - their ranch is the best!)

Walter's BBQ Southern Kitchen

Alexandra & Alex's combined favorite local spot! The absolute best place to visit in the summer! Play some corn hole, eat some BBQ, drink some beer/seltzers/cocktails, and enjoy the summer sun outside at their picnic tables. A must try is the chips and queso (you will not be disappointed)!

The Lot at Edgewater

A delicious restaurant right in the heart of Oakmont! Great for brunch, lunch and dinner. Alexandra would recommend the chicken parmesan, and Alex would recommend a good steak or the Lot Burger. After you eat, take a walk around the neighborhood (where Alex's family lived for a few years!) and enjoy a walk along the Allegheny River.

Arsenal Cider House & Wine Cellar

If you like hard cider, Arsenal Cider House is the best place in Pittsburgh for cider! Sample different flavors, enjoy sitting outside, and then buy some to bring home! A super fun and casual spot. Walking distance to William Penn Tavern & Walter's, so make a day of it!

Oakmont Bakery

The BEST bakery there is! They sell everything from cookies to cupcakes to specialty cakes to bread to breakfast sandwiches to coffee and more! Make sure to get there early because it gets very packed very quickly. Going here for breakfast before the wedding or before leaving town is a must!
