Are the ceremony and reception taking place at the same location?
Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the Evans-Edwards Property in Eagle, Idaho.
3405 W Deerfield Drive
Eagle, ID 83616.
We are excited to share our special day with you in a beautiful and very special place to us.
Is the wedding indoor or outdoors?
The wedding ceremony will take place on the lawn, weather permitting. Ladies, please keep this in mind when picking shoes for the event! The reception will take place in the event tent which will be heated. Idaho weather can be unpredictable, so we may end up with a very warm fall day or cool weather. We will be keeping a close eye on the weather as we get closer, please do so too. We cannot wait to celebrate with our loved ones no matter the weather!
Is there parking onsite? Can I leave my car overnight?
The wedding is taking place at a private residence. There will be a large lot for parking, behind the venue, that will accommodate all guests. Please do not drink and drive, so plan ahead. You will be allowed to leave cars overnight as long as they are picked up the next day. There are also Ubers and Lyfts available in the area!
What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
We are SO excited to see our guests dressed up with us for our big day. The dress code is is semiformal, so no jeans please.
What time should I arrive?
We were hoping you'd ask! The ceremony will begin at 4:00 pm. We ask that you arrive at least 15 minuets prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and seating.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! Drinks are on us, as long as you join us on the dance floor!
Are children invited?
We love all your children so much! However, we kindly request that this be an adults only event with the exception of the children in the bridal party. We hope this allows everyone to have a fun date night!
Can I bring a date?
We have tried our best to accommodate our guests, but unfortunately space is limited. If a plus one has been allotted to you, your invitation will reflect that. We look forward to spending the evening with our closest friends and family!
Can I take photos/videos during the ceremony?
We would love for all of our family and friends to be fully present in the moment with us, so we are having an "unplugged" ceremony. We ask that our guests silence/turn off their phones and refrain from taking photos and videos during the ceremony. Our professional photographer will take care of the photo coverage. You are more than welcome to take photos and videos during the reception!
