Any restaurant recommendations in Cape Town?
Restaurants - casual
-Cod Father - an absolute must for great seafood!
-Bao Down
-The lookout - Hout Bay
-Willoughby's - sushi
-South China dim sum bar - Dim Sum and BYOB
-Jarryd's (brunch)
-Oranjezicht Market (on a Sat / Sun - brunch / lunch) - this is a must on a Sat / Sun; really lovely market with food stalls / plants / fresh produce on the seafront
-Charles Cafe (brunch)
-Moro - gelato (they have a few spots - one on Long Street and also one in the market)
Restaurants - special / fine dining (all will need advance booking)
-Elgr- Scandinavian fusion
-La Petite Colombe (Franschoek) - incredible food but more on the pricier side
-Pot Luck Club - this is a really fun 'date night' restaurant - great cocktails and tasting plates
-The Test Kitchen - training restaurant- not as good as it used to be but still tasty!
-Kloof Street House - this place gets extremely busy on a weekend. Food is okay, but better for the vibe / drinks.
-Thali - nice / upmarket Indian food
