Many of you know that Tyler and Lexi have an extensive history of being best friends prior to dating. Some may say it was a rollercoaster. Tyler and Lexi began hanging out in NYC when Tyler was at Columbia Dental School & Lexi was a Senior at FIT. Every weekend, they were together.

The most important part of this story: Lexi knew Tyler was the one, there was always something about him that drew her to him. They had an effortless friendship: they laughed, they joked, they cared about each other. They spent every weekend together and they spoke on the phone when they weren't together.

It took a year before Tyler finally realized he couldn't see his life without Lexi in it.

On March 8, 2019 (International Women's Day), Tyler and Lexi were hanging out together. They went to the gym, grabbed dinner and cookies... and on their way back to Tyler's Tribeca apartment, Tyler finally came to his senses and blurted out on the NYC subway, "I am all in. Now or never!" And the rest is history.
