Will there be transportation from the hotel to the wedding?

Yes, a bus will go to and from the wedding from the hotel. This is included for all guests who are staying at the Camelback hotel.

How do I RSVP?

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by March 21, 2025.

Will the wedding be indoor or outdoor?

The short answer is both! Our ceremony will be outside, unless there is inclement weather. Our cocktail hour and reception will be indoor, with access to the outdoor deck area.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Unfortunately, this is a child-free wedding. We appreciate your understanding

Does Camelback Resort allow pets?

Yes!


What are the rules and regulations for pets?


- Pet weighs 50 pounds or less.

- Only one pet is allowed per guest room.

- Pet’s vaccinations are up-to-date and he/she is free of fleas or ticks.

- Pet is not aggressive and is well-socialized with other animals and guests.

- Clean up after pets and properly dispose of any waste.

- Only use designated pet relief area located on the G1 hotel entrance near fitness center for your pet.

- Pet is not allowed on the furniture.

- Pet will be with you and under your care at all times as they are not to be left unattended on property.

- Hang a ‘Pets are Welcome’ door hanger on your door at all times while pet is inside.

- Housekeeping will not enter room with an unattended pet inside.

- Pet must be restrained or removed from guest room while hotel staff is present working in room. Guest is responsible for notifying the Front Desk if there are special times for servicing their room.

- Pet will be on a leash with a maximum range of six feet or in a carrier at all times when outside of the room.

- A non-refundable pet charge of $150 on standard rooms will be charged upon check-in for post departure room cleaning. For all 2 bedroom suites and above the non-refundable pet charge will be $250. Guest further understands that this fee does not include any additional costs which may result from damage or need for excessive cleaning of soiled linens, carpeting, or furniture.

- Additional charges will apply if excessive cleaning is necessary. Guest agrees that the condition of the room is based on the sole judgment of management upon my departure.

- Pet owners are liable for any disturbances the pet causes to guests staying at the hotel. A charge of up to $500 may be applied to any disturbances. On the second incident of a reported disturbance, Camelback Resort may ask for the pet to be removed from property.

Understanding that my dog is not permitted at indoors food and beverage outlets, the fitness center, Aquatopia, or Camelbeach.

Camelback Resort is not liable for any injury suffered by pet while on hotel premises.

- Accepting full responsibility for any liability arising from my pet (pet damage or personal injury to hotel, hotel staff, guest, third party or property).

- First floor is not available for pet-friendly rooms.
