While some may to choose to drive, many will fly into Bozeman international airport (BZN). All major airlines have flights into Bozeman direct from major cities. We recommend booking about 2-3 months out for optimal pricing. From the airport, there are Ubers, Lyfts, car service, taxis and shuttles all able to help you get to your hotels. Having tested it ourselves, there are Ubers available at all hours of the day.

There will be a free shuttle supplied for all guests to and from the wedding if you choose to use it. The shuttle will depart from the AC hotel at EXACTLY 3:00 pm on June 13th. There is a parking structure on the corner of Mendenhall and Tracey adjacent to the AC hotel for anybody driving. Please don’t be late as you will need to find your own transportation to the venue. The venue is 20-30 minutes away from the hotel. The Shuttle will offer two return trips, one departing from the wedding venue at 9:15pm and again at 11pm. Those who enjoy more “quiet” and early nights are encouraged to take the 9:15pm shuttle. Guests may choose to Uber to and from the venue. This will cost from $25-$40 per trip. Ubers have been known to take a long time to reach the venue. You will want to plan in advance. Anyone arriving later than 3:50pm will be asked to wait in the reception area until the ceremony is over out of respect for the bride and groom. Guests may also drive themselves to the venue.
