In order to celebrate safely and for everyone to be comfortable, we are requiring that all our guests be fully vaccinated against COVID AND take a test (or two), unless you've recently recovered from a positive COVID test in the past 90 days per CDC guidelines. We strongly recommend getting your booster shot, if eligible, too! COVID Testing: We’re asking all guests to take a COVID rapid test prior to: - If you are attending Friday's welcome party, please take a test prior to the event (and getting on the shuttle at the hotel). - If you are only attending Saturday's wedding, please take a test Saturday prior to arriving at the venue. --- We also recommend that you test prior to traveling to Cincy, on the off chance that you test positive We will provide the following: - We will have some rapid COVID tests available. You may also bring your own; many local libraries are handing them out for free. --- Be sure to let us know if you will need one of ours - we have plenty and plan to have them at the Hilton (exact location to be determined). Please do not hesitate to reach out - we want to make this as easy and stress free as possible. - We will have disposable masks and individual hand sanitizers available at both the welcome party and wedding. Here are the precautions we're taking with our vendors: - All of the staff at the venue(s) will be wearing masks. - We anticipate all vendors will be vaccinated. If possible, we ask that you limit your exposure the 5-7 days leading up to the wedding; i.e. wear a mask indoors and reduce/eliminate gathering in large groups. We ask that you monitor your symptoms in the days leading up to the weekend, and get tested if you have had any known exposure, or are experiencing any symptoms. Please use your best judgment. If the event day approaches and you or someone in youhousehold/close contact has tested positive or is not feeling well, please rest up & celebrate from afar. Regardless of how you have RSVP'd, if you have any concerns with vaccination and testing, please reach out and let us know.

No - Although we would love to celebrate with all friends and family no matter the age, we have decided that our ceremony and reception will be adults only. If your children would like to join in on the fun, Friday night's welcome party will be family friendly! Please reach out to us with any questions.
