IS THERE ONSITE PARKING?
Yes, although we highly recommend carpooling and the use of shuttles to reduce the amount of cars. There is a parking lot at the bottom of the hill in front of the barn that can hold up to 20 cars. There is also room for about 15-20 more vehicles to park inside the deer fence to the left of the gate in front of the apple rows in our main field. You can refer to the map to help you visualize. If you need additional parking we can discuss options during the planning phase of the wedding.
CAN MY GUESTS CAMP ONSITE?
Yes, camping is allowed in the corner of the main field behind the orchard, the Redwood Grove, Tai Chi hill, near the river and in the Domes field. RVs, trailers or camper vans can be parked in the parking lot, at the top of the driveway or across from Tower cabin. There are no hook-ups for RVs or campers.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Sleeping bag and/or extra blankets for beds (if you tend to run cold at night), towels, flashlights, warm clothes, extra shoes, and in rainy season (usually the non-summer months), rain gear and waterproof boots or footwear. Among the many “optional but recommended” items are binoculars, hiking boots, walking stick, and sturdy walking sandals for wading the river in the summer.
CAN I BRING MY DOG?
Although we love our four legged friends we discourage bringing dogs to weddings and events. If you or your guests bring a dog there is a $50 surcharge per dog. All dogs must be kept on leash and away from our chickens and production fields. Please note that we have a resident farm dog named Lucy.
