“Being by Alex and Masons side on their big day will be nothing short of pure joy for me. Alex is the best big sister two little girls could ask for and we’ve only gotten closer as we’ve gotten older. The first time I met Mason I knew he would be family. He has been the brother I never had since day one and I wouldn’t trade that for the world. Having the two of them home with me in Ohio has been the greatest gift of all. I can’t wait to celebrate their eternal love and watch their family grow.”

“Where to start with these two crazy kids? It’s my personal opinion that Alex and Mason were made for each other. I’ve never met someone whose entire personality seemed tailored to Alex until I met Mason. My entire life, Alex has been the best role model and big sister with her responsibility, trustworthiness, and quite frankly - excellence. The way that Mason embodies those same qualities and cares for her the way no one ever has, gives me a feeling of comfort that I think every family member hopes for. The laughter and unseriousness between them is infectious and gives you a glimpse of what they’ll be like one day when they’re old and gray together. Ultimately though, I think the best representation of how perfect they are for each other is their beautiful daughter, and my sweet niece, BellaMia Carina. She has all the best parts of both of them, especially their intelligence and humor. They are the most caring and loving parents and partners, and I truly look forward to wishing them a lifetime of happy anniversaries!! Alex and Mason, thank you for being my best friends!!! "My favorite memory with my 'Big Me', Alex, has to be the first time I visited her at Ohio University. Growing up, I always thought that Alex was the coolest - so funny, beautiful, smart, and effortlessly herself marching to the beat of her own drum. Although, it wasn't until I saw her in her true element at OU that I knew she was about to inspire every single one of us to follow in her footsteps. She had her own place in Athens with her best friends and she introduced me to 'Always Sunny in Philadelphia' which we now quote religiously even 10 years later. She let me tag along with her and introduce me to all of her favorite people and you could just feel this lightness to her. She was hoUMe. It inspired me to find that for myself and a few years later, as any 'Little Me' does, I started my freshman year at Ohio University. She isn't only every single one of our role models on how to be so authentically yourself and a rock for everyone around you, but she is truly a guide for me on how to live life your own way according to no one's rules but your own. And my first time visiting her at Ohio University taught me that."

“Picking a favorite memory with Alex has been one of the hardest tasks so far because anytime I’m with Alex, it’s the best time. I could choose her slam poetry birthday party, her Napoleon dance, my first Sibs weekend at OU, her trivia game nights, boat days, there’s so many to choose from. But I think one of my favorite memories with Alex is something a little bit more simple. It was a month or so before BellaMia was born and we were organizing Bella’s closet & room. It might seem like a small and odd memory but being 6 years apart and her living in different states, we never got to do a lot of normal things like that with just us two. I remember being so happy that my big cousin was finally home and that she was going to be bringing our sweet Bella into this world.”

“Alex and I first met our freshmen year of college at Ohio University in 2013. We ended up being neighbors in the dorms which ended up being one of the biggest blessings that college could’ve given me. Soon after meeting we became absolutely inseparable. Neighbors soon turned into roommates and now a best friend for life. Whether it was snuggling and watching cartoons, sharing outfits and shoes, getting a cleaning gig together for extra cash, going out to bars (maybe a little too much?), or blasting music and having our own two person dance parties at home, there is never a dull moment when we are together. Especially now, where we both have gotten to enter this new chapter as moms together - which is my favorite chapter together yet! I am so excited for you and Mason (& Bella) as you enter this next huge chapter and will always be here for you all. Love you guys!”

“The best memories I have with Alex begin in Mérida, Mexico. We were roommates for study abroad, and I skipped every prep meeting we had the semester prior to leaving OU, so we didn’t meet until we both were in our new room that we shared in Mexico, with our host mamá. It was funny cuz even tho we were in Mexico, our favorite thing to do was going out on Tuesdays to TGIFs for unlimited beer, tequila shots, and wings night. Calling each other pendeja after every single sentence was another hilarious thing we would do constantly, even in escuela. I’m so happy we actually loved each other and profesora Joanna knew exactly what she was doing when she made us roomies! I’m so so so grateful we stayed close when we got back, from you braiding my hair before my shifts at casa, to going out with only 11 dollars and having the best night ever that one summer, the summer of the cicadas. lol, no matter the distance or the time in between when we see each other you’re forever the pinhead Larry to my dirty Dan!!! I still can’t believe we met in Mexico and I’ve  been able to see you in every state you’ve lived in which all led you to where you are today, so happy, with a family, and in love  ¡Viva México por siempre y te deseo el mejor matrimonio y vida para siempre!”

The bride and groom plan to end their special day with a night out at Goodnight John Boy. We ask that this hotel block be used by anyone planning to accompany them on their night out. There are limited rooms available, but more can be added. If you are trying to book and notice there are few or no rooms, please let Alexandra know so she can add more.
