We recommend booking 3-4 nights. For reference, the wedding party will begin to arrive on March 12, 2025 and depart March 20, 2025.

Here are the terms & conditions for booking with NO deposit required:
- Cards will not be charged at the reservation time but will be on file as a way to guarantee each room. The hotel will charge 50% of the total amount 30 days prior to arrival. 14 days before arrival 100% will be charged.
- Cancellations and changes will be allowed before the cutoff date, which is 30 days prior to date of arrival.
- Payments by AMEX are accepted only in pesos.
The rates do not include breakfast. If you wish to add breakfast during your stay note that in the "special request" area on the checkout page. It is $15 USD per person, per night (including children over 12). Children between the ages of 6-11 are $10 USD per night.
We recommend booking your room as soon as possible. The deadline for reservations is February 15, 2025. If you already have a reservation, the last day to make any changes is February 7, 2025.
Booking Flights
Guests must fly into Cancun and take a ferry to Isla Mujeres
Do not book a flight that lands in Cancun after 8:15 PM (the last ferry to the island is at 11:00 PM).
Do not book a flight that departs the Cancun airport before 9:30 AM. (The first ferry from the island leaves at 6:00 AM). If you have an early departure flight time (9 AM or earlier), you may want to leave Isla Mujeres the night before your flight and stay in a hotel in Cancun or close to the airport
If you plan to attend the Welcome Dinner on Saturday, March 15th your flight should arrive no later than 3:00 PM to ensure you will be on time.

Ultramar Details (The Ferry)
The Gran Puerto Cancun (Ultramar) ferry dock is located in Puerto Juarez, a few minutes from downtown Cancun. The boats leave every half hour from 5:30 am until 5:30 pm, and then hourly starting at 6 pm. The last ferry to Isla Mujeres departs at 11 pm. The crossing to Isla Mujeres takes about 15 - 20 minutes.
Transportation on The Island
TAXIS: Taxi pricing ranges from $80 MXN - $220 MXN (prices subject to change). Be sure to ask the price before taking off to avoid a surprise at the end of the ride. Taxis are also very accessible on the island making it the most reliable and affordable option.
GOLF CARTS: There are numerous places to rent golf carts for a few hours, full day or for 24 hours from the time of rental. Most golf carts are about $50 USD - $120 USD a day depending on the season and size of the cart. You can sometimes get a discount if you are renting for multiple days but be prepared to negotiate. You will need to be at least 18 years of age and sign a rental agreement before taking possession of the golf cart. Also, please don't drink and drive! There is a ZERO alcohol tolerance for drivers, and there must be no open alcohol containers on the Golf Carts (even for passengers).
