We are asking all guests to come dressed in their best "Cocktail/Formal" attire. Please no shorts, work jeans, t-shirts, or sneakers. Ladies, if you could please avoid white clothing we would be very grateful.
When should I arrive?
Our ceremony begins promptly at 2 pm. Please arrive NO LATER than 1:50 to ensure you have enough time to be seated before the procession begins.
Do I have a plus one?
Due to limited spacing at the reception venue, we can only accommodate those guests who have formally RSVP'd in response to the invites. If you did receive a plus one, they will appear on the invite with your name. If your plus one is unable to attend, please reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate the change and/or make the seat available to another guest.
How will seating look at the reception venue?
We will have assigned seating in place for dinner at the reception. We have worked very hard to seat you with the people you know and care about the most!
When should I RSVP?
As soon as possible! The latest we can accept RSVPs is May 1st! This will allow us enough time to make the seating chart and get accurate numbers for the reception venue. Unfortunately, once the reception attendance is set we will not be able to accommodate additional guests. If an RSVP is not received you will be marked as a "NO" and will not be added to the seating chart. This will result in you being unable to attend dinner with us. We still encourage you to join in on the ceremony and dance following the reception!
What is the bar situation?
The alcohol for the night will be provided entirely from the reception venue. We have gone ahead and purchased the maximum amount of beer kegs for our guests. We encourage you to drink them dry! All other drinks can be purchased with cash or card through the bar staff.
If we are coming from out of town, where should we stay?
You're in luck! Our reception venue is a hotel, so we have taken the liberty of reserving a block of rooms at the hotel for your convenience! Please refer to the "Travel" page for information regarding reserving a room.
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
The church where the wedding will be held has requested that we refrain from photography during the ceremony. We have hired the best photographer around town to capture every moment and we plan to share those photos with you! We will make a point to create photo opportunities during the reception. Feel free to share any great (or not so great) snapshots you get during the reception and dance with us in the days following the event!
Do you have a registry?
We have not put together a registry. We are hoping for people to simply come and enjoy the day with us without the pressure/need to bring a gift. We truly do have all the material things we need. Should you absolutely feel inclined to gift us something, there is a "Honeymoon Registry" on this website that you can add to. We are leaving for Disney World shortly after the wedding!
