Getting There
Guests will need to have their own transportation from Denver International Airport (DIA) to Estes Park. Car rentals are highly encouraged, or the Estes Park Shuttle will take guests from DIA directly to Estes Park. Reservations for the shuttle are required, and the trip one way is approximately an hour.
The wedding venue for both ceremony and reception is 20-30 minutes from Estes Park. While guests are welcome to drive themselves to the celebration, please keep in mind there is limited free parking provided at the venue with overnight parking available. Please be sure to move cars from the parking lot by 9:00am on Sunday morning.
We will provide transportation both TO and FROM the wedding venue on Saturday from The Stanley Hotel and The Holiday Inn. If you chose to make other accommodations, then it will be your party's responsibility to secure transportation to and from the venue. There is currently NO LYFT and NO UBER in Estes Park.

RATES: Round-Trip Denver International Airport (DIA) $115.00 per person
One Way $65.00 per person

Business hours: Summer, May 1st to Oct 1st 7am-7pm.
Airport pick-up location: Our pick-up location at Denver International Airport is located outside door 513 (Baggage Claim), East Side (Blue signs, odd numbers) on Island 1: Mountain Carriers.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be refunded only if canceled with a minimum of three full days notice by the end of business. Cancellations made less than three full days' notice of reservation are non-refundable.

There will be a $5.00 cancellation fee each way ($10 for round trip) for each passenger refund.
We do not offer credit for future travel. Estes Park Shuttle is not responsible for Flight Delays or Cancellations for any reason.
COVID-19 Policy: (CDC Transportation Guidelines)
Masks are no longer required on Estes Park Shuttle.
Passengers are welcome to still wear masks if that makes them feel more comfortable.
Ceremony Transportation
