Q + A

Is there a dress code?

We would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! We are requesting church attire for our wedding. Wear your best shirt and pants or dress to come and dance the night away! Please consider the possible cold weather when planning your outfit. We wouldn't want anyone to be uncomfortable. Our only request is that you do not wear any shade of white as that is reserved for the bride.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than October 18, 2024. RSVP's are required to attend. We very much want to spend this day with you, so please reply ASAP.

When should I arrive?

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 PM. Please arrive in enough time to find a parking spot and your seat.

Is there parking?

There is parking that will be available in front of the reception building. There will be someone guiding cars in to show you where to park. The parking lot should be able to accommodate all of our guests. Please show up early enough to find parking and your seat.

Where do I enter the building?

We ask that you use the entrance in front of the reception building. Once you park, there is a pathway that leads to the outdoor chapel. There will be people outside that will help lead everyone towards the ceremony.

Will there be a bar?

There will be an open bar throughout the whole reception. This will not be open until 4:30 PM, when the reception begins. We ask everyone to please drink responsibly.

What happens after the ceremony?

After the ceremony the Bridal party will be taking photos around the venue for approximately an hour. The guests will be asked to move to the reception building, which is directly in front of the chapel. If someone needs assistance, we will have workers transporting those by golf cart. This is for guests that have a hard time traveling from the chapel to the reception. Guests can enjoy cocktail hour with drinks and music.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, there is a ramp on the side of the reception building that is wheelchair accessible.

Am I allowed to take photos at the wedding?

The reception, YES! Although we are asking for an unplugged ceremony. Please make sure to turn your ringers off and no photographs during the ceremony. Emily Deville Photography is amazing and will capture all the perfect moments for us.

Will there be food?

There will be a buffet style dinner served at 5:00 PM. Enjoy our delicious dinner prepared by the bride's cousin! :)

Where are you registered?

We are so thankful you will be joining us for the celebration. We have registered at Amazon, Walmart, and Target for the items we would need for our newlywed home.
