“Our love story is one that is hard to forget. While the rest of the world was shutdown during the COVID-19 pandemic, Grant and I didn’t let that shut down our chance to find love. Grant, at the time, was working for Northlake Grounds Management as crew leader while I was pursuing a biology degree at University of New Orleans. We crossed paths in Bedico Creek Preserve subdivision in May 2020. My mom manages that subdivision and Grant was doing grounds maintenance work for it. One day when I was helping my mom at work, I had the chance to meet Grant during one of their meetings. I remember being so mad at my mom that she didn’t introduce us earlier! Grant’s reserved personality was a perfect match for my outgoing personality. We had an instant connection from that day forward. From our first date, I knew that Grant was THE one!”
