Guests are allowed to arrive 45 minutes to 1 hour prior to the ceremony starting. Please do not come any earlier! The bar will not be open for drinks, however, cold water will be available for guests.

We would prefer everyone to be in formal attire! For reference/example: Suit or tux for men/long dress for women Groom/groomsmen will be wearing tuxes. Bridesmaids will be in a mocha colored long gown

Unfortunately our venue has a limit for the total number of guests that we can have. Although we wish we could have an unlimited amount of people to celebrate our special day, please understand that if your invite is addressed to only yourself, we cannot accommodate a guest.

We love your little ones, but we want you to have a fun night out without them!

We have two hotel room blocks with specific codes. Please refer to the travel & accommodations tab!

Yes! There will be one school bus from Hotel 1620 and a second school bus from Fairfield Inn & suites transporting guests to our venue. Buses will depart by 3:15pm SHARP! There will not be any late buses for anyone running late, so please plan accordingly! School buses will bring guests back to both hotels after the reception is over. If you plan on attending the after party, please take the bus going to Hotel 1620! There will be a small party bus available at 9pm, should a guest(s) need/want to leave the reception early. The party bus will go to both hotels

Yes you can. We highly encourage guests to either take one of the shuttles provided from hotels or Uber from where you are staying! If you choose to drive and park at the venue you are able to leave it there overnight if needed.

If you wish to keep the night going and attend our after party, please take the shuttle going from our venue to Hotel 1620 and our after party will be walking distance from the hotel! Uber is also another great option for guests but can be difficult to get during the peak summer season.
