Who would have thought our happily ever after would have started with Tinder. Nick and I matched on Tinder on August 20th 2021. I remember thinking he was super cute. It wasn’t until he added me on Snapchat that he told me he was not 25 like his profile said (I was currently 26) but instead he was 20! After hearing that I avoided him like the plague for a good 3 months while he kept asking me to go out. Finally, I thought to myself I am not meeting anyone I am interested in so, I mind as well go out with this guy who was so sweet and persistent and if it didn’t go well then I could say I tried. I figured what do I have to lose! Well on this first date he held the door for me, fought me to pay for my meal (of course it was at El Rodeo), cared about what I had to say and by the end of the night we decided we both had a sweet tooth and that we should stop for ice cream and go back to my house to watch movies. Here we are 3 years later and I am so grateful for every moment we have shared. Here’s to forever and always. 🖤
