I suppose you could say that our story started all because of the good ole North Star Bar in Rochester MN.
After both of us starting there just weekends apart, we became co-workers. After about a year of working together, we slowly started bumping into each other more in public, and hanging out more playing darts, pull tabs and just small chats. It wasn't till Josh found out Alex's love for pizza rolls and ranch that the real magic started.
I soon started spending more and more time at Josh's home where he got me addicted to the Ted Lasso series, followed by long, deep and meaningful conversations. We'd often find it would be 3,4 in the morning of us just sitting and talking.
Josh used to ask me to marry him before we even started dating. He'd text me every other day and ask if I was ready to run away and marry him, become his girlfriend or if I was ready to move in with him.
It may be a shock to everyone on how fast this love story started, but for us... it all just made sense.
We made decisions on starting to grow our family, and that our family took priority over a wedding. Yet there is a twist. Josh's love is like no other, and I'm forever thankful to have found him.
Before we started dating we realized that both of our favorite and lucky numbers are 24. After we started dating, we had conversations and Josh was beyond ready to marry me on the 24th, in 2024, along with me being the age of 24.
Yes, we have a big year.
In 2024, we will not only be getting married, but we will also be welcoming our son into the world in April.
To some it may seem silly, but to us, it just makes sense.
Josh and I really rely on one another, and believe that we make the perfect team. We are a strong team not only in our home lives, but also in the business world.
The uncanny similarities in our dreams, goals, and morals make this story even more magical.
We are so ready to become husband and wife, and to love one another as God has intended for as long as we possibly can.
