When should I RSVP?
Please RSVP on our website by July 18th, 2025.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 530pm. We ask that you please arrive at MacRay Event Center between 5:00-5:15pm.
Is the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception at the same venue?
Yes, the entire wedding day takes place at MacRay Event Center. Please make note that this is a waterfront ceremony. At 6pm, guests will make way to the Grand Ballroom on the second floor for both cocktail hour and reception.
Where should I park?
Full valet service included.
How do we get to the Waterfront Pergola?
There will be a shuttle service from the banquet center lobby to the ceremony site.
