Yes! The hotel blocks will be available for Saturday, September 27th, 2025 and Sunday, September 28th, 2025. There will be activities and a welcome party on Saturday, September 27th, 2025. For most hotels you can choose one, two, or more nights.

ASAP! Blocks with preferred rates are available until all rooms are filled. The block and preferred rate expires 60 days ahead so we recommend that you book ASAP as fall is a busy time at the wineries!

Yes! For the convenience of our guests, we will be providing shuttle service between the hotel and the venue both before and after the wedding. If you choose to drive, there will be a ample parking available. However, we encourage all of guests to take advantage of the shuttle service so they can party the night away!

We will be serving foods that can accommodate a wide variety of dietary restrictions (i.e., vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, nut free, etc.). When you RSVP - please indicate your dietary restrictions so we can plan accordingly!

The ceremony, reception, and after party will be held at The Vineyards at Aquebogue, NY. The ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting). The cocktail hour, reception and after party will be held indoors.

Our wedding will be an adult-only event.

Cocktail attire. We suggest that gentlemen wear a suit or dress shirt with tie and women wear a midi, knee-length or floor length dress. We’d love to see our guests dress up for our big day !
