Q + A

When should people arrive to Montenegro?

As we will be hosting welcome drinks the day before the wedding, guests should arrive before or on Monday 27th May 2024.

How long do we stay for?

There are a few options for guests, depending on what suits you. Please see the travel page on our website for further information.

Where do we stay in Montenegro?

We recommend all guests to stay in Tivat, preferably by the port. If you decide to book a hotel in Tivat, most guests will be staying in the Palma Hotel (please don't get confused with the Palmon Bay hotel when booking, this is in a different area). There are other hotels in the area however the price varies. There are also a lot of Airbnb options in Tivat which can be booked (however not as a package). Please see the travel page on our website for further information. Transport to the wedding will be from the port in Tivat. If you choose to stay in a different area please keep this in mind.

When do I book the flights and accomodation?

As soon as possible. Once you have booked, please let us know!

What is the post wedding celebration event?

We would love to celebrate becoming Mr and Mrs Melia the day after the wedding with our guests. We will be going to a beach club to relax and have drinks to celebrate the following day. As this venue is a beach club, the event requires a price per person for a bed/space at this venue (price to be confirmed). If you would like to join us here please could you let us know as soon as possible so we can get the beds/space booked and paid for. Guests are not expected to attend here but we would love it if you could join us at this special time.

Should we consider a gift?

For those considering a gift, your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. However, should you wish to bless us with a gift, a financial donation towards our honeymoon would be welcomed and greatly appreciated.
