No! The reception and after party will be held in the same building as the hotel.

The dress code will be black tie optional. Tuxedos aren't required, but men can still wear a tux if desirable. Otherwise, they can select a formal suit and tie. For women, floor-length gowns are still encouraged, but cocktail dresses are completely acceptable.
