Realms unknown is a fantasy faire that We performed at last year and had the best time! We love Renaissance fairs and thought it would be so fun to have our wedding there! you can learn more about the faire at https://therealmsunknown.com/
What should I wear?
Costumes are not required but Highly Encouraged! However garden party wedding chic is also acceptable and if we are being really honest, you can wear whatever makes you comfortable :-)
What is the parking situation?
Parking will be limited but should be free with admission. If at all possible please carpool, Saturday is the busiest day of the faire and the parking was packed last year!
Do I have to buy a ticket for the festival?
If you are only coming for the wedding Probably not, we have arranged with the event to offer 100 free tickets and we are creating a VIP list with our guests names. We were also able to get 50% off for another 100 tickets, So if you can't or don't want to pay, please RSVP early. We are hoping to also have a welcoming party at the front gate to distribute wrist bands for our guests and ensure a smooth entrance to the faire.
Can we come for the rest of the festival?
YES, our tickets are good for all of Saturday and the faire is open at 10AM, feel free to come and enjoy the festival as our gift to you!
However if you want to come Friday or Sunday, you will have to buy an additional ticket and camping is not included.
Where can I stay?
The festival does have spots for RV's and Tent camping. they also have large bell tents for rent. The nearest hotels are in Woodland, WA.
When should I get there?
as early as possible, the bride and groom have anxiety. A small meet and greet with cocktails will begin at 5 and the The ceremony will begin promptly at 6! The Invitation does say 6 but the venue tweaked our time slot after we ordered the invitations, thank you for your patience.
Will there be food?
Yes there will be food! We are still picking the menu however there will be meat and veggies and carbs. We will have gluten free and lactose free options. If you have dietary restrictions please email us with your RSVP and a list of your allergies As Soon As Fucking Possible. The caterer is pretty flexible and can accommodate almost any request. However if you tell me the day of the wedding... you will be forced to fend for yourself from the food trucks at the venue.
How can I RSVP? When is too late?
Please send your RSVP to rushmoorewedding@gmail.com before September 5th! We have a deadline with the venue for catering. However if you are reading this on September 20th... we will still do our best to get you into the event and feed you delicious food. We want all our family and friends with us for this happy occasion but we will give you hella side eye.
