Room blocks have been CLOSED. There might still be available rooms outside of the block. If you do book a room at this point, please let one of us know!
There will be a shuttle to the venue and back to the hotel. Shuttle service will begin at 4:20pm to account for the large number of people. There will be multiple shuttles back to the hotel after the reception and during/after the after party.
***IF YOU MISS THE SHUTTLE, feel free to drive to Arrow Park, leave your car there overnight, and pick it up in the morning by 11AM***
