Where Are The Ceremony & Reception Taking Place?
The ceremony, cocktail hour, & reception will be held at The Event on SunnyBrook. The ceremony & cocktail hour will be held outside (weather permitting) & reception will be held inside (with doors open). Please type in the full address to your GPS, if you just put “The Event On SunnyBrook” it will take you to the wrong place. Please note that “The Event on SunnyBrook” is also “Sunny Hill Golf Course”. The address is:

What Is The Dress Code?
We would love to see our family & friends dressed up! We are requesting semi-formal attire for our wedding (formal dresses & suits). PLEASE refrain from jeans, leggings, & colors traditionally reserved for the bride. (Absolutely no white, off white, ivory, or cream colors).
What Time Should I Arrive?
The ceremony will begin PROMPTLY at 4:30pm. PLEASE arrive AT LEAST 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park & find a seat. If you arrive late, or you are not seated by 4:25pm, you will NOT be permitted to enter the building or ceremony area until the ceremony has ended (you will have to watch from the parking lot). It is VERY important to us to stay on schedule and have everyone seated for the ceremony to avoid interruptions. Thank you so much for understanding!
When is the deadline to RSVP?
We kindly ask that you RSVP no later than July 20th, 2025. It is very important to us that you RSVP, as we are paying per person for meal & open bar. If you do not RSVP by July 20th 2025, we will assume that your response is a “no”.

Can I Bring A Guest/Date?
We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. We can only allow the guests specifically named on the addressed invitation.
Are Kids Invited?
We adore your kiddos, but this event is structured with adults in mind. We hope you see this as an opportunity to unwind and enjoy the celebration to the fullest. This will be an ADULT ONLY wedding (20 & up). We appreciate you for making prior arrangements!
Can I Take Photos?
We are having an "UNPLUGGED" ceremony (no phones, cameras, pictures at all during ceremony). We have hired professionals to capture this special moment for us, and promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos & videos as you'd like!
How does seating work?
The ceremony will be open seating, however, we are requesting you avoid the first 2 rows on each side for immediate family only.
For the reception, we will be carefully arranging assigned tables via a seating chart so our guests are sat with people they know. Please note, rearranging of tables & chairs is NOT permitted. The bride & groom have put a lot of time & effort into accommodating a seating chart!
Will There Be An Open Bar?
Yes! The drinks are on us & the hangover is on you! The bar will open at 5pm (following the ceremony) and last call is 10:00pm.
What type of food will be served?

Please note we will be accommodating vegetarian and gluten free guests with separate plate options. Please remember to list all allergies & food restrictions when you RSVP on the website!
Dinner will be served buffet style, releasing tables one by one at approximately 6:45pm. Appetizers will be available during cocktail hour. We are proudly serving tree nut free food items!
What can I get you for a wedding gift?
Our registry is listed on this website, however we would be extremely grateful for cash gifts to go towards home improvements, excursions on our honeymoon, & date nights!
Does the venue allow overnight parking?
Yes, our venue allows overnight parking to allow guests to get home safely. Vehicles must be picked up by 12pm the following day. Please drink and drive responsibly!
What if I arrive after the ceremony?
We understand a few people plan to join us after the ceremony. If this is the case, we ask that you please state this in the comments when you RSVP to our wedding to account for chairs. We also ask that you arrive AT THE LATEST 5:45pm as the reception starts strictly at 6pm followed with dinner being served. This will allow you time to park, locate the seating chart & seating arrangements without interrupting our reception entrances/first dance. If you arrive when the reception begins, you will NOT be permitted to enter until the bride and groom are seated for dinner. With this being said, we would really love to have everyone present for our ceremony!
How Rowdy can we get?
We want our guests to have a great time while respecting the property! The venue will be staffed with police throughout the event. Per our contract, The Event on SunnyBrook reserves the right to remove anyone who deems disruptive to the itinerary. They also have the right to refuse you alcoholic beverages for any reason. We ask that you are respectful & drink and drive responsibly!
Is there a rain plan?
Yes! If the day comes with rain, we will be getting married under a covered pavilion that the venue provides. Please check back to this website the week of the wedding to see if plans have changed due to weather.
