Ripley Castle offer free weekend parking for all wedding guests, so if you are driving you will be able to leave your car in the village throughout the wedding day and overnight, picking it up easily the next day.

The nearest train station is Harrogate. From the station it is a short taxi ride, approximately ten minutes, or bus directly to Ripley.

We would suggest pre-booking your taxis for the end of the night as there are not many Ubers in the area. Local firms include Blue Line: 01423 530830 and Elite Taxis: 01423 538509.

Harrogate is the closest town to Ripley and has plenty of hotels, b&bs and Airbnbs to choose from.

If you would like to make a weekend of it, Harrogate is a great places to base yourselves. You can enjoy The Turkish Baths, Bettys, the nearby Yorkshire Dales and lots of other activities to make the most of your time in North Yorkshire!
