Welcome to our story!

First and foremost, we are SO excited and thankful we get to share this day with everyone. THANK YOU so much for being here!!

David and I met via mutual friends. After a few nights together, sharing a drink and some laughs at the bar, we decided to go an actual date. He invited me to go on a walk at the park... of course, I said yes. We walked around the park for a few hours, talking, laughing, & enjoying each others company. Eventually, we decided to get some shade and sat under a tree. This is where David asked me to be his lady. Again, of course, I said yes!

Months passed by with so many memories being made. Before we knew it, we had been together for a year. Then it was two. And then three, and four. David and I grew to love each other. It was quite easy and natural for us.... we are truly two peas in a pod. There is never a time that we're together where we arn't laughing or joking.

After four whole years of being together, Dave popped the question. It was Christmas eve, 2022. David and I were celebrating Christmas over at my grandparents house. Every year our family plays a game called "Secret Santa". Names are drawn at random and that is who you get a gift for. That year, sneakily, Dave made sure he got mine.

It was finally my turn to open my gift. As soon as I pulled the tissue paper out of the little bag, I noticed a sparkly ornament in the shape of a ring. This is where it hit me, I'm getting engaged! I looked up in the middle of opening the present, unable to finish opening it, Dave grabbed my hands and walked me to the middle of the room. Surrounded by my entire family, Dave got on one knee, looked me in the eyes and asked me to marry him. Once again, OF COURSE I SAID YES!!

Finally, after four years of growing together, learning more and more about each other, and making so many memories, we officially get to start our lives as one. As a family. And we can't WAIT to share it with you as well.
