When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by September 19th, 2024. You can do so with the invitations sent out via mail carrier or on our website under the RSVP tab!

What time should I arrive?

We suggest getting to the church by 2:30pm to get parking and mingle with friends and family before the ceremony begins. Seating will begin at 3:00pm and the ceremony will start around 3:30pm.

Can I Bring a Plus One?

Unfortunately, due to limited space, we do ask that you do not bring anybody extra with you unless approved by the brighter groom. We hope you understand.

Are children invited?

We would love to share this wonderful day with all our family and friends, and do expect children at our ceremony, but we understand if you do not want them to tag along. No matter what, we look forward to seeing all who can make it to our special day.

Do I need to bring money with me?

The short answer is no, it's not necessary unless you would like to contribute to our honeymoon fund. We are having a dry wedding so there will be no bar or alcohol allowed on site for purchase and we ask that none is brought into the location.

Are There Specific Chruch Rules?

Newberg Church of Christ is a NUT FREE zone. No nuts, peanuts, or tree nuts of any kind are allowed on the premises. This includes any types of candy, milks, snacks, etc. that may contain peanut butter, tree nuts or peanuts. Any forms of these foods are NOT allowed on premises due to severe allergies from people in the congregation. We kindly ask that you follow this rule to keep everyone safe and healthy.

Is the location wheelchair accessible?

The ceremony will be taking place on the ground level and is accessible for those who use a wheelchair or walker. The reception will be taking place upstairs, but there is a ramp that leads to the area for them to use as well.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

We kindly ask that you do not bring anyone to the wedding without asking us first. If they were not listed on the invitation that was sent to you please inquire about why they were not listed. There is a limit we are allowed to have at our venue, and we would like to stay under it for safety reasons and we cannot ensure there will be enough food and drink for those not accounted for.

How can I let you know about my dietary requirements?

If there are any dietary needs or requirements that we need to take into account please feel free to let us know when you RSVP or you can always message us on Facebook, but please make sure you do ahead of time or before the 1st of September 2024.
