Please arrive 15-20 mins prior to the ceremony to get all settled in! There is plenty of parking on site.

We would love for you to get dressed up as you feel comfortable! Cocktail or semi-formal attire is recommended.

Yes! We have access to The Lanes (the bowling alley at the venue) for late night entertainment. They have shoes free to rent for guests.

All of the scheduled events will take place indoors.

There is no shuttle service to/from the two hotels we have blocked rooms for in Oshkosh (The Waterfront and Hilton Garden Inn). The Waterfront is within walking distance located a few blocks from the venue. You may also drive yourself to/from the venue as you please, as there is on-site parking. The building is handicap accessible for those in need.

We hope you appreciate that children are only to attend if listed on the invite. We cannot wait to celebrate with you all!

There will be full bar service throughout cocktail hour, followed by a buffet dinner and dessert. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know when you RSVP and we will relay that information to the vendor for you!

Enjoy an open bar featuring beer, wine, and soda to get the celebration started! Later in the evening, the bar will transition to a cash bar, and soda will still be available at no cost. Cocktails will be available for purchase throughout the evening.

There are room blocks listed under the Vandenberg/Vredeveld wedding at the Oshkosh Waterfront Hotel and Hilton Garden Inn in Oshkosh for you! However, you are more than welcome to stay wherever you prefer.
