Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Stokesay Castle.

Where should I stay?

Will there be transportation provided if I'm staying at the hotel?
Yes, please see the "Hotel" tab for shuttle times.
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Because the ceremony begins promptly at 5:00 pm, we recommend you aim to arrive by 4:30 pm to ensure you are able to comfortably arrive on time. Drinks and small bites will be available beginning at 4:00 pm.
Is there parking at the venue?
There are two parking lots for guests driving to the venue— one at the top of the hill by the cottage and one at the bottom by the Knight’s Pub. There will be signage guiding you to each parking lot!
Can I bring a guest?
Unfortunately, we will only be able to accommodate those named on your invitation. All invited guests of your party will appear in the RSVP form. We look forward to celebrating with our closest friends and family!
What is the dress code?
The dress code is formal attire.
What is formal attire?
“Formal attire” means men wear a suit in any color and women wear a cocktail dress or a nice pantsuit. We kindly ask no denim or jeans and that women refrain from wearing white or ivory.
Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?
We kindly ask that you do not have your phones or cameras out during the ceremony. Our photographer will be capturing the beautiful moments and those photos will be shared following the wedding!
Is there an open bar?
Yes, the drinks are on us and the hangover is on you— get ready to celebrate! Please plan accordingly and have a way to get home safely.
Will there be an after party?
Yes! The after party will be held at the bar at the DoubleTree Hotel. This will be very laidback and casual (sweatpants attire)! Please note, this is a cash bar.
