Kevin and Alexandria had met long before they started dating. Alexandria's sister, Tori and Kevin both started Lakeside Junior High as brand new students their 8th grade year. Kevin and Tori became friends and spent the summer going into high school hanging out while Alexandria tagged along.

Fast forward to 2022, Alexandria had moved back to Jacksonville after taking a position with Flagler Hospital. One day she was on Facebook and saw Kevin had made a post she thought was hilarious but others in the comments did not feel the same. She then privately messaged Kevin telling him that she got a kick out of the post. The two of them talked for awhile and then Alexandria liked Kevin's last message and didn't respond further.

A few months later the two of them start talking online again. This led to Facetiming each other a few times a week for over a month. Kevin wanted to take her on a date but Alexandria was very hesitant. After going back and forth for three days she finally agreed.

The comfortability within each other was incomparable. Both felt like they had been with each other for years on that date... The two have been together ever since that first date at Anejo Cocina Mexicana in a town called Brooklyn in Jacksonville, FL.

Truly the only way we can explain it to everyone is the whole "when you know, you know" does in fact exist.
