On April 12, Matthew swept Alexia off her feet—quite literally—during a romantic weekend trip to Solvang. He planned a horseback ride through the stunning hills of Santa Barbara, where he proposed over a mountain top. The celebration began with just the two of them, a perfect mix of joy and intimacy, before they shared the news with close friends and family.
