WHAT TIME DOES THE SHUTTLE LEAVE?

If you are staying at the AmericInn in Wadena, we are providing a shuttle bus to the venue. The bus will leave the AmericInn at 3:00pm on Friday to get guests to the venue comfortably before the 4:00pm ceremony. There will be two additional shuttle's at the end of the night. The first shuttle will leave the venue at 10:00pm and the last shuttle will leave the venue at 11:00pm.

WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?

Kindly RSVP by June 1, 2024. If you cannot attend, we will miss you, and would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Those that do not RSVP by June 1, 2024 - we are so sorry you cannot make it! If you miss this date, we may be unable to accommodate your presence at the wedding, as we will send final headcounts to vendors shortly after this deadline.

WHEN DO HOTEL ROOMS NEED TO BE BOOKED BY?

Please book your hotel room by June 12, 2024. Please see the travel page for additional information on hotel and Airbnb options.

WILL THE EVENT BE INSIDE OR OUTSIDE?

The ceremony will be inside and weather permitting, the cocktail hour and reception will be outside.

CAN I BRING MY KIDS?

We love your little ones - however, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of children in our immediate family or children in the wedding party. We encourage you to use this evening to have a fun date night!

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones at our wedding unless specifically indicated on your envelope. If you are unsure, when you RSVP and type in your name, you will see if you have a plus one! We want everyone to share in the celebration and will ensure that you will be around familiar and friendly company. We appreciate your understanding!

SINCE THERE WILL BE ALCOHOL, WHAT DO WE DO ABOUT DRIVING?

We DO NOT want anyone drinking and driving. Stone Hill Farm Venue agrees. As such, they allow guests to leave their vehicles overnight at the venue and must be picked up the next morning by 10:00 a.m. We encourage Uber, Lyfts, or Taxis. Additionally, if you stay at the the AmericInn hotel in Wadena, we will be providing a shuttle bus that will pick up guests and take them to and from the wedding venue. More details to come on bus shuttle times.

WHERE IS YOUR GIFT REGISTRY?

Our registry is under the registry tab on our wedding website.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day - formal/semi-formal! Please no jeans/denim and avoid wearing shades of white. The reception/dance will be held outside.

WHAT DO I DO IF I CAN'T MAKE IT?

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. Please arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat.

WHERE DO I PARK?

Our venue has free on-site parking. You are allowed to leave your vehicle overnight if need be, but it must be picked up by 9:00am the next day.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY?

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!
