Once you reach Fort De Soto Park, take a right at the American flag. Drive to the end, past the signs for North Beach. Go around the roundabout and take the first right into the parking lot. The beach entrance is to the right of shelter 1.

WARNING: Be prepared to take your shoes off. The ceremony is during high tide and you may need to walk through a foot of water.
