Room Reservations: Rooms can only be held with payment, requiring a charge for the first night's stay. This charge is refundable up to 48 hours before check-in.

Booking Requirements:

A two-night stay is required for peak season weekends (Friday and Saturday, October–April) to book under the room block.

The discount code creates a soft hold on rooms, meaning availability is not guaranteed until reservations are confirmed.

Booking Deadline:

The discount rate will expire 30 days before the event. After this, rooms may still be available to book but will not include the group rate.

To book upgraded rooms (lakefront, suite, or rooms with a view), guests must call the front desk and mention the discount code.
