In the summer of 2019, Lexi returned home from college for an internship. She was walking into work late, and a cute boy got into the elevator with her. The pair met again in the lunch room and Lexi shared some of her grape leaves and hummus with him... which might be what peaked his interest... but when she went back to her desk, she was giddy to find that Trey had sent her an email to ask her out on their very first date. They went to a Mudhens game and he even caught Lexi a ball that she still has to this day. After only three weeks, Trey told Lexi that he loved her and that Fall, Lexi confided to her cousin, Adelle, that Trey was the man she was going to Marry. Five years later her wish came true!

In those five years, Trey and Lexi have made it a priority to see the world and grow their lives together. Their major travels have taken them to places like Australia, where Trey got to meet her amazing family, to Greece, and most recently to Hawaii where he asked Lexi to marry him.

A personal note from the Bride...

Trey is my best friend, my partner, and the person I am most excited to see every day. We have grown up together and supported each other through very monumental moments like graduating, starting our careers, buying our houses, and welcoming our puppy, Cashew, into our lives. I am forever grateful for my late arrival to work, and the email that began our love story. I cannot wait to marry Trey and continue our adventure.
