If you have questions about our wedding, hopefully, we have answered them below.
When are RSVP's due by?
Your response is requested by September 1, 2025.
If we do not receive your RSVP by the date, we will assume that you cannot make it. We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we need to provide our vendors with a total headcount before our wedding.
What is the attire?
We request you dress semi-formal / cocktail attire for our wedding and reception.
Men: Suits, dress shirt, and tie or bow tie.
Women: Cocktail dress, dressy separates (skirts or pant suits), or a midi-length dress.
We also suggest that you wear flat shoes to the reception. You will have to walk on gravel to and from your car. The floor at the reception venue is brick.
What times are the ceremony and reception?
The ceremony at the church begins at 2:00 p.m. The reception will begin at 5:30 p.m. There will be a small break in between, so please plan your time accordingly.
What time should I arrive at the church?
The ceremony will begin at 2:00 p.m.
Please arrive 30 minutes early to find a seat and be on time. The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00 p.m.
If you are running late, we understand. However, we kindly ask that you refrain from entering discretely until AFTER the bride and groom are at the alter. They deserve their special first look moment.
Where can I park at the church?
At the church, please park in the main large church parking lot. There will be plenty of parking.
Can I take photos at the wedding ceremony?
We love our photographers, and you will too! Please turn off all cell phones and cameras until after the ceremony is complete! We want you to share this special moment with us.
Can you share details about the reception venue?
Our reception venue is at the Garden Pavilion at Becker Farms. There are two venues at Becker Farms. Please make sure you are at the Garden Pavilion. It is an indoor/outdoor venue. If the weather is beautiful, the sides of the venue will be open. If it is chilly, please bring a jacket. The floor of the venue is brick, so please wear shoes you will be comfortable with.
The walk from the parking lot to the venue is long. Please be aware that this is not an accessible venue in terms of those who cannot walk long distances.
Are children allowed at the wedding?
Although we love your little ones, this is an adult only reception; unless specified on your invitation. Thank you for understanding.
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Unfortunately, we have limited space at our venue and lots of family. Plus ones are therefore by invitation only and we ask other guests to please not bring a plus one. Thank you so much for understanding!
Are there hotels nearby?
Yes! Hotel blocks have been reserved at three local hotels near the reception venue. Please check these hotels out under the "Travel" tab on our website.
Has transport been arranged to and/or from the hotel/church/venue?
At this time, we are not providing transportation to and from the hotel to the venue.
Where can I park at the reception?
Reception parking is in the back. Parking is on gravel and grass. We suggest you wear appropriate shoes, or bring a pair to change into. Please know that there are two reception venues at Vizcarra Vineyard. Our reception will take place in the Garden Pavilion.
What type of food will be at the wedding?
We promise you will not leave hungry! Dillon and I are major foodies, so there will be plenty of food! Hors d'oeuvres will be served during cocktail hour. A dual plated entree will be served at dinner....followed by a variety of sweets and treats. (Bonus....open bar)
How can I let you know about my dietary requirements?
Dietary restrictions will be accommodated. If you have a serious allergy that we need to be aware of, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
I still have questions! What's the best way to get in touch?
For any unanswered questions, please email us at aadswedding@gmail.com.
What color should we wear to the wedding?
Almost any color! However, the bride and groom kindly ask guests to avoid wearing white or burgundy, as these colors are reserved for the couple on their special day.
