What is included in the hotel package?
The price includes your hotel room and all food and drinks as this is an all-inclusive resort. Please remember all restaurants are included in your package. The Palm restaurant is also included but has a $15 upcharge. Reservations are highly encouraged!
When will Lexi & Corey be there?
We plan on arriving on Tuesday 10/31 and leaving Tuesday 11/7. We look forward to greeting you upon arrival at the resort.
Will there be other planned activities?
Yes! Upon your arrival you will be provided with all planned wedding activities. We know this is your vacation so join us if you choose.
Are children welcome at the resort?
Children are welcome, but our wedding ceremony and reception are adults-only events. Child care can be arranged with the hotel.
What is an airport transfer?
Our travel agent, Melanie, will be reaching out to you individually with directions and paperwork for your shuttle to the hotel.
Upon arrival, go through customs and proceed through the airport to the travel desks where you will be met to connect to your shuttle to the hotel. If you have any questions, please reach out to Melanie at melanie@stsvacations.com.
What is the wedding attire?
Beach wedding attire! Ladies can wear sun dresses and sandals. We don't recommend heels as the wedding is all on grass. Gentlemen can wear nice shorts or pants and button downs. Flip flops are welcome.
Do I need to add international calls to my cell phone plan?
Please reach out to your carrier to discuss options available to you. Most carriers have a self-serve and weekend option.
Do I need to tip the staff at the resort?
Tips will be graciously accepted but are not required. A little does go a long way.
Can I play golf?
Golf is not included in your hotel package. However, it can be arranged at the concierge desk at the hotel for an additional price and you can rent clubs too.
Will my room be ready upon arrival?
Your room may not be ready when you arrive at the resort. We suggest packing a bathing suit in your carry-on so you can enjoy the pool while you wait. The hotel will also hold your bags until your room is ready.
How will the resort know that I am staying there?
You will receive a wristband when you check in for access to the resort and its amenities.
