A shuttle will be provided from the Holiday Inn to Bear Brook for those who have booked through the hotel block.

A shuttle will also be provided from the Residence Inn by Marriott.

Both shuttles will depart from the hotel at 4:45. There is only one departure time, so please do not miss the shuttle! Shuttles will depart from the venue back to the hotels at 11 pm when the event is over.

Ubers are very difficult and often not available in this area of New Jersey. For those requiring alternative transportation, we recommend arranging a taxi ahead of time. One recommendation in the area is Jersey Finest Limo & Taxi.

The nearest major airport is Newark International airport which just over an hour drive from the venue. Car rentals are available at the airport.

Coming from NYC:

Take I-280 until it turns into I-80 W. Take exit 19 for County Rd 517 and follow for 15 minutes until you reach Bear Brook.

Coming from DC:

Take I-95 North until Philadelphia. Take Exit 7 to merge onto I-476 N. Take exit 56 Toward US-22 toward Lehigh Valley. Once in Phillipsburg, follow signs for County Road 519. Continue on this road until you reach NJ-94N, where you will find Bear Brook
