Formal/semi-formal attire. Please wear your Sunday best! We plan to have the ceremony outdoors against a gorgeous lake and bluffs, dining and the reception will occur in the indoor venue, so please dress weather appropriate for September.

Unfortunately, we can only accommodate those on our guest list/RSVP only. Please refer to the guest names addressed on your invitation for those who can attend our wedding.

Not unless specified on your invitation. Our wedding venue has strict policies due to a large lake on the premises. The lake does not have any barriers to prevent access/entry to the lake. With this precaution, our venue will allow invited children around the ages of 3 and above to attend with adult supervision. We ask that you kindly follow the guest names on your invitation on children invited. We look forward to celebrating with you!

There is a large parking lot with minimal walking distance right behind the venue property reserved for our wedding guests.

Please arrive 15-20 minutes before the start of the wedding ceremony. The entrance to the ceremony space is fully outdoors, no walking inside necessary. Once you arrive, you can sit on either side of the aisle. The first two rows are reserved for immediate family.

We request that guests do not photograph our wedding ceremony. Our photographer will be taking many photos that we cannot wait to share with our family and friends! For the reception, no photos are off limits! :) you are welcome to take pictures after the ceremony.

We will have an open bar during a 5 hour period. The open bar choices are two domestic beer brands, White Claw seltzers, and wine on the house. We will offer three types of signature mixed drinks cocktails you can purchase by cash or card. Non-alcoholic beverages on the house will include: Water, Lemonade, Coke, Coke Zero, Sprite, and Sprite Zero.

We do not have room-blocks, however, for our out-of-town family and friends, we recommend you visit the "Travel" section of our wedding website for hotels near our venue. Washington is in the heart of Missouri wine country, so please feel free to make a weekend trip and lookup other nearby hotels, wineries, and Airbnbs!
