We are planning an adults only celebration for our special day. The only children in attendance will be our niece and nephew as they are part of our wedding party.

Although we would love to have everyone present at our big day, we are keeping our guest list intimate and unfortunately we cannot accommodate plus ones at this time. Every one who is invited will receive a personalized notification. Please stay tuned for any updates.

This will not be a black tie event. Since the weather will be hot, we want our guest to feel as comfortable as possible and look their best. For men, we suggest linen material, light / bright tropical colors, linen button downs and dress pants, dress shoes or boat shoes. Please note we would like our groom to be the only attendee in a suit. For women we recommend light and airy dresses, along with comfortable heals / sandals. Please avoid white or cream colors. We recommend light / bright tropical colors. Please no sneakers / flip flops or shorts.

To book a room, please text our wedding coordinator, Anisabel, at (787) 460-7279 Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM. She will assist you with the booking process. Note that online booking is only available through third parties. As our wedding guest, you will receive a 10% discount on your stay. When booking, mention "Alexis and Ricardo's wedding" to receive the discount. Check-in time is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 12 noon. The front desk is open from 8 AM to 6 PM. If you plan to arrive after 6 PM, please inform us in advance so we can notify the Hacienda. The security staff will assist you with entry. They say it is good luck when it rains on your wedding day but we are certainly hoping for clear skies. Puerto Rico is a tropical island so the weather can be unpredictable at times. We suggest traveling with an umbrella as the ceremony will be outside but the reception will be inside. It is better to be safe than sorry.
