Is the wedding outside or inside?
The wedding ceremony and reception will take place outdoors. A tent will be provided for the reception to ensure the comfort of our guests. Please be sure to wear comfortable shoes so that we can dance the night away!
Is there parking available at the venue?
Yes, the staff at Abney Hall will be available on-site to guide you to designated parking areas.
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to venue capacity and event limitations we are only able to accommodate guests who are specifically listed on the invitation. This includes children as well. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!
What happens in case of rain?
In the event of inclement weather on our special day, the ceremony will be held beneath the large tent we have arranged. For guests traveling from out of town, we kindly recommend bringing additional clothing in case of rain.
What is the dress code?
We kindly request that guests wear formal attire, particularly for the ceremony.
What are the travel and transportation arrangements for the event?
We kindly encourage guests to drive themselves or carpool, if possible. Please be aware that the venue is somewhat remote, and rideshare services such as Uber may not be readily available for return trips. For everyone's safety, we strongly recommend making a transportation plan in advance to ensure a safe journey home. Please be safe and come with a plan on how to get home.
