Where is the wedding taking place? Reception?
The wedding ceremony and reception are happening at the Hilton Wilmington/Christiana hotel. No need to drive to different places! Check-in before the ceremony and spend the evening relaxing and enjoying yourself knowing your room is only a few feet away.
What time does the ceremony start?
Our ceremony starts at 5:00 with cocktail hour and reception to follow from 5:30-10:30.
What time should I arrive?
Please try to arrive by 4:45 so we can start promptly at 5:00.
Do I need to book a room?
One of the reasons we selected the Hilton Wilmington/Christiana was so that our guests did not need to travel once arriving for the ceremony. There will be an open bar so please plan accordingly. Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis. The current rate is $149 a night (two queen beds or one king). Rooms are available for both Friday and Saturday night. What is the dress code?
Semi-formal. Cocktail dresses and suits/sport coats are encouraged.
Do you have a registry?
Since we have been together for over 5 years and bought a house together, our preferred gift is a contribution to our "Future Adventure Fund". A contribution to this fund will help us with paying for the wedding, a honeymoon, and future home improvement projects. We do have a small registry on Amazon for things we are looking to add or replace around the house. Are young kids invited?
While we love your little ones, we are only able to accommodate children in the wedding party at this time.
