We will have an open bar with a bartender, who will be accepting tips. Please be sure to bring cash to tip her, we will also try to accept Venmo and PayPal, but again, there's not a ton of service at the venue. The party is on us, the hangover is on you.

YES. YES. YES. We have hired very good, very expensive, photographers to capture our day perfectly. Please do not have your phone out taking pictures during the ceremony. There is really no cell service at the venue anyways. We are excited to see pictures snapped during the reception!

We will be having delicious southern style BBQ, along with a candy bar, and of course desserts.

The children listed under RSVP are more than welcome, if you feel like I missed them by mistake please reach out to me. There are only a handful of kids that will be here, most of which are in the wedding party. Please take advantage of a date night!

It’s going to probably be quite hot the second weekend of August. We have planned for a later ceremony to try to avoid some of the heat. The barn does NOT have air conditioning, there will be fans and the big doors open to try to move air; so please dress accordingly. We would like our guests to be comfortable, but obviously please avoid white..

In order to have the best head count for the food & venue, please send in your RSVP by July 1, 2025. You can RSVP by returning the card included in your invitation, by using the RSVP feature on the website, or by just telling us directly! If something changes after that date, please let us know as soon as you’re able to! As we do have a limited number of seats, please only RSVP for the names stated!

Luckily our venue is only about 10 minutes from the New Philadelphia/Dover area. There are a ton of options for hotels in both towns, I have listed some in the “Where to Stay” tab. (Whatever you do, do not stay at the Red Roof Inn in Uhrichsville!) There are also quite a few AirBnB options in the area, I have added a few of them to the “Where to Stay” tab. The venue is also 3 minutes from Woods Tall Timbers Resort; they have cabins available as well as RV/camping sites.
