After chatting on Twitter, they finally met in person at the Washington County Fair, where they shared a brief but memorable moment while taking a photo for a friend. Mark’s name kept popping up in Alexis' Twitter notifications, and she finally agreed to a double date at Midnight Rodeo Teen Night (yes, really! We were 16 + 17 years old).
