What is the dress code?
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The dress code is semi-formal attire.
Ladies can wear cocktail dresses or knee-length dresses. Ladies, please be courteous and ensure your dress is not white, ivory, cream, light champagne, or light pink in color as we want to reserve this for the bride. Gentlemen can wear a suit and tie or a dress shirt and slacks. We kindly ask that you do not wear jeans, please!
How do I RSVP?
We ask all guests to RSVP through this exact website! First, click on the "RSVP" section in the menu bar at the top of the page. You will then be brought to a page that asks you to type in a first and last name. We suggest using the name addressed on your invitation for ease. After typing the guest name, you will be prompted to accept or deny the invitation, select your dinner meal, and list any dietary restrictions.
Can I bring a date?
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
Are kids invited?
While Alexis loves being a teacher, we have decided to keep our wedding adults-only. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
When is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP by June 15, 2024. We cannot accept late RSVPs due to needing to provide the venue with a total guest count. Thank you for your understanding!
What should I do if I can't make it?
You will be missed! If you cannot attend, please indicate so when you RSVP so we are able to plan accordingly.
Can I take pictures?
We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them! After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like!
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will begin at 6:30pm. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony so that you are able to park and find your seat.
What is the parking and transportation like?
The Manor House (Carriage House) has ample parking on site.
Guests will be in charge of their own transportation. Transportation to and from the hotel is not provided. Please plan accordingly so everyone can get home safely.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
July weather can be unpredictable! Therefore, both the wedding ceremony and reception with be held indoors. This will help ensure everyone will be comfortable as we celebrate! However, several outdoor patios will be accessible to guests during cocktail hour and the reception if guests choose to use them.
Will there be a bar?
Yes, two in fact! Beer, wine, cocktails, and a signature drink will be available at our open bar. Non-alcoholic beverages will also be available.
What if I have a food allergy?
If you have a food allergy of any kind, please note it when you RSVP. We will do our best to ensure everyone is accommodated!
Gluten-free options include the salad, the herb roasted chicken, the prime rib (without the au ju), mashed potatoes, and steamed vegetables. Gluten-free cake is also available.
