How do I RSVP?

Right here on the website! (separate tab above)

When should I RSVP by?

August 1st, 2024

Are children allowed?

Although we love your little ones, we hope you will understand our decision to keep this an adult-only affair. To allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation. We hope this gives you the opportunity to let your hair down and celebrate with us!

What should I wear?

Wedding day attire will be formal/cocktail. A tuxedo or floor length dress is not a requirement (but feel free to wear black tie optional attire if you so choose). The Friday welcome event will be dressy casual attire (girls should wear flats or wedge heels, as the welcome event is in a barn with uneven floors).

Will there be a shuttle?

There will be a shuttle that picks up from the Holiday Inn and Hilton hotels on Wedding Day (Saturday). AND will drop you off after the reception. Times TBD: but expect something like 1-2pm pick up, 8:30-9:30pm drop off. We will also have one driver service hired that will be available at the wedding day venue, 7pm-10pm. (Not everyone will be able to use the private driver, as it is one small SUV for a large number of guests). See the transportation tab for other options- groups/families can set up their own cab/van, if they aren't staying at the hotels (and are instead at an Airbnb/Vrbo). There will be limited transportation Friday night for the Rehearsal Dinner & Welcome Event. But Prison City is near town, and within minutes of the hotels. We will have one private driver available 7-10pm.

What is parking like?

There is a very large parking lot at the venue (Chantelle Marie Lakehouse). Remember, there will be a shuttle from the hotels (Hilton and Holiday Inn). But you are welcome to drive if you choose, just be safe. The welcome event venue also has a large free parking lot (Prison City). There are also large free parking lots at both Holiday Inn and Hilton hotels.

Can I bring a +1?

This should be included on your formal invitation. If you have any questions, please let us know.

Do I have to worry about the weather?

You shouldn't! The full Wedding Day (ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception), will all be under cover. Nothing is in the grass (unless you explore the grounds). Everything is paved/flooring. The only thing you would need if it rains would be an umbrella to get from the car in the parking lot to the door which is a very short distance. But you will also be able to drive up pretty close to the door if needed. Prison City Brewing for the Rehearsal Welcome Event is similar- all covered/paved, umbrella for the short parking lot distance, but can drive up.
