The story of us begins in a bar, in October, with mutual friends (you know who you are!), where we danced the night away. Fast forward to the following summer where Lex drove every weekend (yes, every weekend) to see Darren, his family, and friends as it was a quick love story for her and the people in his life.

By fall, Darren got the ultimatum, he either moves to Lloyd or Lex moves to Edmonton. The moment he committed to moving to Lloyd, Lex knew he was hers forever, because who chooses the border city?!!

Over the next 11 years, Darren and Lex built a life, a home, and focused on the things they loved most. Family, friends, sports, adventure and making memories.

So, blah blah blah, we met, fell in love, now here we are. (Finally!)
