The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting). Cocktail hour, reception, and dance will be indoors and outdoors. The venue has large doors along one wall that will remain open to the outdoors all night.

Please do not arrive any later than 5:45 as the ceremony begins at 6pm. Cocktail hour is from 4:45 - 5:45.

Yes! We have tons of parking and will also have a shuttle service running throughout the evening. Please see 'Shuttle Service" for more information.

Although we would love to offer a plus one to all guests, we want to be surrounded by our closest friends and family on the best day of our lives. We hope you respect our decision on no additional plus ones unless otherwise addressed on the envelope.

While we love your little ones, we want you to be able to kick back, relax, and celebrate with us, which is why we have decided to have an adults-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements to leave the kids at home.

We are having a toonie bar so please bring cash! There is no ATM onsite and the venue is outside of town. Fun Fact, We will have a keg on tap from the local brewery.

Rimbey has a couple different hotels to choose from, and there is camping onsite at the venue free of charge. Please see "Accommodations" and "Camping" for further information. We ask for you to disclose when RSVPing if you are bringing your home on wheels, and what hotel you book with for shuttle arrangements.

No. But there will be snacks during cocktail hour and a late lunch provided. We strongly encourage you to eat before you arrive for the ceremony.

We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! Dress code is semi-formal attire. The bridal party will be wearing black formal.
